What we collect. The inquiry form collects your name, phone number, when you need your piece, the details you describe and up to two reference images you choose to upload. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss and quote your project and provide our service. We collect nothing else, and you never need to create an account. No payment details are collected on this site.
Who processes it. Inquiries and their images are delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which may log your IP address to prevent spam. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Texting us uses your own phone's messaging app, and we only receive what you send. Links to Instagram and other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
What we don't do. We do not sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and does not track you across other websites; because nothing is tracked, it treats every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. We keep inquiry messages and images only as long as needed to serve you and keep basic business records.
Your rights. You may ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information; inquiries for minors should be made by a parent or guardian. If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.

Terms & Disclaimers
Inquiries. Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation, not an order or contract. Pricing, materials, deposits and timelines are agreed directly with you before any work begins, and availability is not guaranteed for any date.
Handmade work. Every piece is made by hand, so finished work may vary from sketches, reference images and photos shown on this site. Photos are examples of past work and are for illustration.
Characters & trademarks. Any characters, films or franchises referenced or shown belong to their respective owners. Dreadhouse Studios is an independent artist and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any studio or rights holder. By uploading a reference image, you confirm you have the right to share it with us.
Use & safety. Masks and props are costume and display pieces, not protective equipment. Masks can limit vision, hearing and breathing — never wear one while driving or operating anything, and supervise children. Pieces may be made with latex, silicone, resin, foam, paints and adhesives; tell us about any allergies or sensitivities before your piece is made, and stop wearing it if irritation occurs. Keep away from open flame and high heat.
Content. All photos, videos and artwork on this site are the property of Dreadhouse Studios unless noted and may not be reused without permission. Information is provided as-is and may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site and reach us. This site is designed to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels and readable colour contrast. If your device is set to reduce motion, the work gallery stops moving and can be swiped instead.
